Jim has been around ponds and fish his entire life and is eager to talk to you about all of your pond questions and concerns. Most importantly he is great at moving heavy things, loading your purchases, and taking direction from Holly.

HOlly Vollant aka pond chick

She has 20 years of experience in the pond and aquaculture industry and is so excited for her family to be running the business this year. Make sure you check out her new additions through the hatchery and greenhouse.

carter vollant

Carter grew up at the hatchery (even took his first steps there) and has vast experience throughout the hatchery operations. His specialties are pond construction and filtration. If you have a water quality issue or a new build project he is the guy to see!

ethan vollant aka edog

Ethan has spent most summers working at the hatchery and specializes in fish stockings. Let him know how big your pond is and he will set you up with the best package to balance your pond.

abby vollant

Abby enjoys the greenhouse and is happy to show you all of our new plant varieties and what she has been planting this spring. If you need to stock Trapdoor snails she is happy to go gathering them for you!

tenley janes

Tenley is the youngest of the crew, but she is very knowledgable about fish, and when she isn’t busy catching frogs and tadpoles her favorite thing is to help customers decide on the best fish for their ponds. She thinks everyone should fall asleep to the sound of bullfrogs!
